  • Regarding the fees charged for the loan
    Choose a loan amount that you can comfortably afford, as service and consulting fees will apply. As long as you repay on time, no additional fees will be charged. Be sure to review the total repayment amount before applying, and only proceed if you are confident in your ability to repay on time.
  • Credit information

    Loan eligibility criteria and application requirements.

    • Age 18 to 60 years old, currently employed, or have a steady income.
    • Use your personal information, bank account information correctly.
    • The telephone number you will use in the application should be registered in your name.
    • To verify your identity, please include a photo of your National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving License.
  • To check whether your loan request has been approved.
    You can check the status of your loan application through our app.
  • About cash receipts
    Our goal is to have your money credited to your bank account within two hours of approving your loan application.
  • About making payments to us
    We have included in your contract the date on which your loan will be repaid and the amount applicable. We urge you to make sure that you pay on or before the due date so that you do not receive any penalty.
  • Is the refund expensive?
    Once you have approved your loan application you will see everything (the amount of loan you are applying for, the repayment date, and the repayment amount). The price is reasonable. If you do not want to borrow, you do not have to go for it.
